On December 28, 2025, we had the honor of capturing their wedding at The Hampton Event Venue with both wedding photography and cinematic wedding film, and from beginning to end, it was a celebration filled with elegance, emotion, and pure love. This was the kind of wedding day that reminded us why we do what we do—because no matter what happens, love always wins.

The day began with excitement, laughter, and all the best “wedding morning” moments.

During the getting ready portion of the day, the weather felt unreal for December. It was around 80 degrees, sunny, warm, and comfortable—one of those days where everything feels smooth, light, and easy.

Tenedra was absolutely glowing. Her bridal energy was calm but joyful. Her dress was timeless, her details were stunning, and her bridal party made every moment feel special. Meanwhile, Christopher was confident, ready, and surrounded by his closest people as he prepared for one of the biggest moments of his life.

Everything was setting up for a perfect day.

And it truly was… until the weather completely changed the rules.

The Ceremony Surprise: From 80 Degrees to Freezing Wind

After the getting ready moments, the timeline continued perfectly—until we stepped outside.

What started as an 80-degree day quickly turned into something no one expected.

By the time we came out for the ceremony and portraits, the temperature dropped dramatically from 80 to nearly 30 degrees, with heavy wind that hit fast and hard. It wasn’t just cold—it was intense.

Wind was blowing so strong that decor started moving and things were flying. Everyone was holding onto outfits and trying to stay warm. And as a Dallas wedding photography and videography team, this became one of the most challenging outdoor situations we’ve ever captured.

But here’s the part that made this wedding incredible:
